Once your level has been assessed, an analysis will enable you to tackle the points that need to be optimised. The lessons will enable you to develop speed or endurance; they may focus on breathing or on improving a swimming technique.

That's whencourses designed to overcome aquaphobia are more than welcome, to help you feel more at ease and familiarise yourself with the aquatic world. By taking one step at a time, always with the support of Lilian, our lifeguard team leader, you'll be in good hands to overcome your fear of water.

Successfully entering the water, controlling your breathing, learning not to try to get your footing and perhaps even being comfortable floating on your stomach or back. In all cases, Lilian will listen to you and adapt a programme to suit your abilities and goals.
