You or a person accompanying you cannot make the trip.

You cannot arrive at the start of your stay.

Interruption of stay
You are obliged to interrupt your stay.
Under certain conditions*, you can be reimbursed for unused outdoor hotel services.

Replacement vehicle
If your vehicle is immobilised due to a breakdown, material accident or theft during your stay. Under certain conditions* you can obtain a replacement vehicle.

Omission of a personal item from the rental property
If, when you return from your holiday, you find that you have forgotten an object in your accommodation, the cost of sending the object may, under certain conditions*, be reimbursed.

Veterinary care and assistance for dogs and cats
Do you have a problem with your pet (cat or dog) during your stay? Under certain conditions*, you can be reimbursed for the cost of veterinary treatment, as well as obtaining assistance in the event of your pet going missing or running away.
