Customer reception and safety
The heads of our various departments have all been trained by the Tourism Academy professional training institute in customer care and safety. The programme of this comprehensive training includes Actions to be taken and behaviours to adopt before, during and after a customer's stay, cleaning procedures, staff management and equipment, hygiene measures to be applied and enforced, distancing procedures, barrier gestures and medical means available, procedures to be applied in the event of a positive test.. Following this comprehensive training on the measures to be applied and the behaviour to be adopted in the face of Covid-19 in an establishment open to the public, a total of 3 tests were conducted to validate the knowledge and skills of our managers so that they can always welcome you in the best and safest possible way.
