Like many sports, we strongly recommend that you warm up before each new session. Once your body is ready to move to one of our facilities, you'll be spoilt for choice! One of the main advantages of using the street furniture in our outdoor fitness area is that you don't have to follow a set of precise rules beforehand. The variety of basic exercises targets very different muscle groups. You'll find a sign at the entrance. And if that's not enough, you can always get a weighted waistcoat to add extra difficulty to your sets. You can also ask for advice on site, in the outdoor fitness area.
