🚗 To get to Seignosse from camping Le Vieux Port by car, take the Route des Lacs/D652 heading north-east. Continue straight on for approximately 15 km. Follow the signs for Seignosse by taking the D79. Approximately 16kms and 20min journey time, depending on traffic.
🚴 The cycle route from the campsite to Seignosse is a great option for cycling enthusiasts, thanks to the many safe cycle paths in the Landes. Follow the cycle path along the Route des Lacs/D652 to Soustons. Take the cycle path towards Seignosse and join the Vélodyssée cycle path, following the signs. Enjoy the natural scenery along the way. Allow around 16kms and less than an hour's ride, depending on your pedalling pace.
🚌 Getting to Seignosse from camping Le Vieux Port by public transport can be less direct, but still doable with local options. Check the timetables of the regional buses that serve the area between Messanges and Seignosse. Bus routes in the Landes are often operated by the RDTL company. Journey times vary depending on connections. Generally, allow between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

The ideal time to visit Seignosse is from May to October, when the weather is warm and sunny. July and August are particularly popular for their perfect surfing and swimming conditions. However, spring and early autumn also offer pleasant temperatures and fewer tourists.
The nearest train station to Seignosse is Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse, around 10 km away. This station is well served by regional trains, making it easy to travel to and from Seignosse.
